Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All credit card information is processed by PayPal through their secure servers. We do not keep any credit card information on file.

Upon receipt of payment, we will start processing your order. Most items are in stock, if you want a custom piece, it may take 3-5 days to produce. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, and can track your order with the delivery carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

D2Designs will do a refund on any merchandise (except merchandise that is on SALE or discontinued items).   There will be a return fee of $8.50 to cover shipping. Please follow the instructions below. 

1.      D2Designs must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at d2dsignsandjewelry@gmail.com or call 682-433-8383

2.      Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable.  All sales are final on sale and clearance items.  Does not apply if shipping is free through one of our Store Platforms. 

3.      The merchandise must be received in perfect condition.  We will send you a return address label.  Please take appropriate care with packing to protect the jewelry against damage during the shipping process.  When we receive the piece, your account will be credited less $8.50 shipping fee. 

4.      If the jewelry is damaged when you receive the package due to shipping, please contact us immediately.  We will discuss a repair, replacing it with a new piece, or a custom-made piece.  You must send the damaged item back to D2Designs within 7 days of receipt.
