D2Designs will do a refund on any merchandise (except merchandise that is on SALE or discontinued items).   There will be a return fee of $8.50 to cover shipping. Please follow the instructions below. 

• D2Designs must be notified within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at d2dsignsandjewelry@gmail.com or call 682-433-8383
• Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable.  All sales are final on sale and clearance items.
• The merchandise must be received in perfect condition.  We will send you a return address label.  Please take appropriate care with packing to protect the jewelry against damage during the shipping process.  When we receive the piece, your account will be credited less $8.50 shipping fee. 
• If the jewelry is damaged when you receive the package due to shipping, please contact us immediately.  We will discuss a repair, replacing it with a new piece, or a custom made piece.  You must send the damaged item back to D2Designs within 14 days of receipt.

All credit card information is processed by PayPal through their secure servers. We do not keep any credit card information on file. For More information see our shipping page.

Argentium Silver is known for being brighter whiter, tarnish and fire-scale resistant.  Argentium is hypoallergenic, and Argentium Silver is responsibly made from ethically sourced silver. Each piece that is ordered comes with a cleaning cloth, a suede protective pouch, and its in an organza gift bag!
