D2Designs will do a refund on any merchandise (except merchandise that is on SALE or discontinued items).   There will be a return fee of $8.50 to cover shipping. Please follow these instructions:

• D2Designs must be notified within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at d2dsignsandjewelry@gmail.com or call 682-433-8383
• Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable.  All sales are final on sale and clearance items.
• The merchandise must be received in perfect condition.  We will send you a return address label.  Please take appropriate care with packing to protect the jewelry against damage during the shipping process.  When we receive the piece, your account will be credited less $8.50 shipping fee. 
• If the jewelry is damaged when you receive the package due to shipping, please contact us immediately.  We will discuss a repair, replacing it with a new piece, or a custom made piece.  You must send the damaged item back to D2Designs within 14 days of receipt.

Argentium Silver is known for being brighter whiter, tarnish, fire-scale resistant and hypoallergenic!  It is NOT a Sterling Silver.  Argentium is purer than sterling, and more durable.  It is a Fine Silver.  A lot of people get this wrong or confuse Argentium with Sterling Silver.  We proudly mark all our silver with the Winged Unicorn; the logo of Argentium International Fine Silver.
