- Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable. All sales are final on sale and clearance items.
- The merchandise must be received in perfect condition. We will send you a return address label. Please take appropriate care with packing to protect the jewelry against damage during the shipping process. When we receive the piece, your account will be credited less $8.50 shipping fee.
- If the jewelry is damaged when you receive the package due to shipping, please contact us immediately. We will discuss a repair, replacing it with a new piece, or a custom made piece. You must send the damaged item back to D2Designs with 14 days of receipt.
